Single Unit Franchises

The first step in determining whether you qualify for a single unit franchise is to complete our Confidential Franchise Application Form. Once we receive this application it will be reviewed by our franchise review committee. In the meantime you will be provided our Uniform Franchise Offering Circular for you review. This document is required by the FTC and contains our actual Franchise Agreement that all franchisees must sign. You will be contacted by a representative to answer your questions and guide you through our process.

Area Development

We are especially interested in speaking with select individuals that are interested in becoming an area developer who will commit to opening several Palapas’ Surfside Restaurants within a designated territory. Highly sophisticated franchise developers are always looking for Franchisor’s that offer area development agreements. These individuals know and understand the potential benefits and value of acquiring an area development agreement.
