What would happen if five-star Master Chef, Victor Matthews, chosen as the United States Culinary Ambassador in 2005; Nathan Windham, one of America’s greatest Bar Masters and Cocktail Historians; and a host of Guest Master Sommeliers, and National Championship Pastry Chefs all combined forces with the goal of creating a Nationwide Collection of fine dining restaurants to explore the lost art of seafood, as well as give a Rebirth to the Great Age of the Cocktail and glorify the rarely explored world of White Wine? This is what Palapa’s Surfside is known for. A “Rock your socks”, three-course meal, with Starter, EntrĂ©e and Dessert included for one set price. You may add any ala carte items you wish for an even more intense dining experience. Our entrĂ©e choices change often, so every time to join us for that memorable occasion, you’re sure to see something new, unique, and offered nowhere else!

With seven delicious appetizer choices including classic Caribbean Conch Fritters, Crabmeat Napoleon, Sriacha Caesar Salad and others, you’ll have a hard time making an entree selection! However, there’s more to come. Our EntrĂ©e collection includes; An all-natural, hormone-free New York Strip, a delicious and an ancient recipe for Unilateral Salmon, “Scallops of Love” (Individually selected by divers and harvested one at a time), the “Masters Bouillabaisse” (The original five-start seafood soup), “Smart Chicken” (Organic, free range chicken roasted with herbs and garlic) and many other choices, for seafood and meat-lovers alike.
